FamilyFervor.com is a year old company and they are hurting people.Its a long story but I have kept all the emails.

To sum it up. Ordered a package end of July. Beg of sept I contacted them about it. They apologized and sent it.

I figure mistakes happen . My package gets held at customs. They tell me I didnt give them my building number so they have to resend it but they will not cover shipping. I though ok its my mistake but considering they took over a month to send this package I would have let that go and pay for the shipping given the circumstances.

So i agreed to pay but didnt feel very valued. Then i couldn't get on the same page with them . I had many different reps giving me all kinds of different instructions. One rep told me to buy a product on line that I dont want so they could subtract the shipping cost of $5.95 cents and then refund me the rest.

I felt that making me jump through these hoops so they could get $5.95 was so unprofessional. Especially since they messed up too. My friend had an experience with FED Ex where he drove to the warehouse to pick up a package and it wasnt there. Fed ex sent my friend a huge bouquet of chocolates appolgizing.

I wrote to family fervor telling them that if I were in their shoes I would have taken the opportunity to create loyality by paying for the shipping and would have spent my time making the customer feel valued so that i could keep their business. I had one rep tell me that were sorry and would pay for shipping but all i need to do was make another purchase for the same product. I got fed up and told them they we all need to get on the same page and to stop telling me to purchase products I dont want so they can have their $5.95 .... its was horrible.

I told them i will accept the package and dont bother with a refund because they were so disorganized . I would rather get someone to buy the product off me if in good condition than get them to do anything else. Once we finally got on the same page and they supposedly resent the package (which i still dont have ) one rep Michelle said so sorry for your experience hope to do business with you again ( not her exact words. This is after I expressed i wont ever shop there again...

they kept apologizing but it was lip service and i felt as if they were being polite but underling rude. Emails kept going back and forth and they wouldnt go away . I decided to test my theory to see if they were messing with me politely. So i asked them to stop emailing me.

I told them they were not welcome to use my email anymore. And i told them not to reply to this email. I told them that i want nothing more to do with them and that I hope they would have the professionalism to stop the emails. Sure enough someone replied after I specifically told them not to...

to let me know I have been removed from their email. So equivalent too i dont care about your business ... i still dont have my package. I went on line to scam alert and people have had the same experience.

How do I bring this comapany to light. They are hurting people and dont value their customers. Oh and i forgot a part. When they got me to purchase an item i dont want so they could cover shipping I bought a batman mask.

I got a notification saying that this item has been shipped. This was during all the confusion. So i emailed asking them if this was a joke. The next day on facebook they are advertising their products and they posted no jokes here smiley face.

I dont know if that was a complete coincidence but i dont feel like i was valued.

I am not even sure if this company is legit.Do you have any recommendations?
